ЗДЕСЬ И СЕЙЧАС
Я родилась в Москве в 1993 году. Моё детство пришлось на рубеж смены эпох. В это время Россия стояла на пороге больших изменений: в воздухе смешивались опасность и свобода, а цифровая реальность только начинала проникать в повседневную жизнь.
Мой личный мир ощущался лёгким и беззаботным. Ничто не отвлекало меня от игры и проживания жизни в доверии к пространству. Этот опыт закрепился в телесной памяти как способность отключаться от внешнего шума и присутствовать в моменте — здесь и сейчас.Особое место в этом всегда занимал танец — инструмент, позволяющий углубить проживание момента до почти клеточного уровня.
Сегодня мой внутренний ребёнок становится проводником в состояние, где жизнь ощущается как большая игра. Ностальгия по доцифровому миру — мой способ тоньше чувствовать настоящее, а аналоговость — в фактуре и ритме — мой способ фиксировать реальность.
Мои работы — это практика возвращения к присутствию, к состоянию «здесь и сейчас».

HERE AND NOW
I was born in Moscow in 1993. My childhood fell on the cusp of a changing era. At that time, Russia stood on the threshold of the great changings: danger mingled in the air with a new freedom meanwhile digital reality was just about to appear in our ordinary life.
My personal world was easy and carefree. Nothing distracted me from playing and living my life in trust with the space around. This experience remained in my bodily memory as the ability to disconnect from external noise and be present in the moment — here and now.Dance has always played a special role as a tool that allows me to deepen my experience of the moment to an almost cellular level.
Today, my inner child becomes a guide to a state where life feels like a great game. Nostalgia for the pre-digital world is my way of subtly experiencing the present, and analog in texture and rhythm is my way of capturing reality.
My art work is a practice of returning to presence, to the state of «here and now.»
